Bespoke Custom Orders

Our brand new custom piece service is here! Please read carefully before paying the deposit.

Slots will be released throughout the year around the start of each month, but please note there will be no slots released from October - December during our peak season. If you require an item during that period, please order it in during one of our earlier slots. We recommend that you order your pieces a minimum of 4 weeks before it is needed (e.g. if you need your item for September 15th, don't order in on 1st September as it won't be ready on time.) 

A £20 deposit is paid upon ordering to secure your item. We then ask that you email us with your required item, inspiration pictures, wording and any colours or themes that you would like (send to: hello@amertonglazecraze.com). The more information you provide, the better so we can bring your vision to life. Once we have finalised your item details and cost, you will then be sent a final invoice, and this should be paid within 7 days, otherwise your slot may be given away and your deposit lost. We will then create your piece for you, and inform you when it is ready for collection. 

Costs depend on the item chosen and the intricacy of the design chosen. Most custom pieces are £30-50 plus the cost of your chosen ceramic. If you'd like an estimate cost on a design you had in mind before you commit with the deposit, you can send us your pictures over and we can give you a rough idea. 

In the past our wedding keepsakes, birthday plates and Christmas plates have been popular, but we can cater for any requirements you may have. You can choose any ceramic you like from vases, plates, mugs, money boxes etc. If you need a breakdown of what we have on our shelves currently, then please drop us a message on Instagram or Facebook and we can assist.
