Book your space now for our story and painting session for World Book Day on Thursday 6th March at 10:30am… and this year we are reading Monkey Puzzle! Please come dressed as your favourite characters for World Book Day - there will be a prize for the best dressed!
This is a ticketed event and so pre-booking is essential. The session will run from 10:30am to 11:30pm on Thursday 6th March. We will be on hand to help the children with their painting and can assist with any details you want adding.
Tickets are paid for in advance, and there will be nothing more to pay on the day, although we do have a selection of hot drinks should the adults wish to purchase one during the session.
When booking please select which tickets are required when booking. Ticket types will depend on the age of the child. We offer a small character to paint for children who are old enough to paint somewhat independently. Children will also get a drink and a snack included. Recommended age is 18 months+.
Alternatively for the younger babies and children we offer a prints ticket where we capture their tiny hand or footprints to create a keepsake piece for you based around the story. All of the personalisation and decoration can be done by us, or if you are feeling creative, you will have the opportunity to do this yourself on the day. (Please note there is no charge for adults).
Tickets for painters are £12 per child and include:
* Use of the studio for 1 hour
* A story, read by us!
* A glass of squash or water
* Biscuits
* A mini character for you to paint (glazing and firing costs included)
*A prize for the best dressed!
Tickets for baby prints are £20 per child and include:
*Use of the studio for 1 hour
* A story, read by us!
* A large coaster tile with the prints on (glazing and firing costs included)
* A prize for the best dressed baby!
Feel free to bring little ones dressed up as their favourite book character!
We have limited space available in the studio so please try to keep it to one adult per child where possible. Please arrive on time as the session will start promptly at 10:30am. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
